Disgusting customer services. I cancelled my contract with MTN. Still waiting for them to cancel. Everyone you call the retentions department, its like a broken record... I spoke to a floor manager last week who promised the cancellation would be actioned in 24 to 48 hours latest 72 hours. Lines have still not been cancelled... reason for CANCELLING IS THAT MTN GOES OFF FOR DAYS ON END.... NOW I AM STUCK WAITINIG FOR A BUNCH OF RETARDS WHO PROMISE AND DONT DELIVER...
