Nonsense Service from MTN and their Customer Care Agents!!!

Well this service provider actually deserves a 0 score. Firstly, their automated system is so lousy that it takes multiple attempts going through various "incorrect" selections to finally speak to an actual agent. Once you are able to get in touch with an agent their agents are rude and end up dropping the line when you request to speak to one of their managers.

This incident occurred on 13 March 2024 at roughly 08H50 on the following number ***. Can't believe that I actually ported over to this network and will be cancelling my subscription with them as soon as possible.

Good riddance to poor service and here's to going back to a more useful network.
