Nonsense service

This is the MOST horrible service I've ever received from MTN service provider, especially being a customer for almost 17 years. I app**** for an upgrade, and it was processed and approved, then sent to DSV courier for delivery. And once again I have been pulled from one end to another, with no solution or even a clear explanation as to who and why was my order "paused", after it was accepted by the courier company for delivery. Now I have been calling both DSV courier and MTN service provider, with no resolution to the matter. My contact number ***.
