Nonsense service

My contract ended and I called and requested that it be canceled. Instead of cancelling it your retention administrator put it on month to month contract, and he **** and said to me it will be on a zero rate what what and I won’t pay anything.firstly I was charged for that conversation an amount that I was not told about on top of that my contract is not canceled.. do you know the inconvenience you cause us. His name is Sfiso Mntungwa, and now every time I call I’m told I’ll be called back but I never receive any calls. I want my contract canceled now with immediate effect
