Nonsense service

Mtn is such a messy company with rude *********** staff🤮

I went to the branch to cancel one line and upgrade the other. I was told that upgrades and cancellations are done over the phone.

On Friday the 6th of October, I called and the lady confirmed the closure amount however we struggled to make the payment and she advised I go to the branch and make the payment.

Regarding the upgrade, she says she will get back to me on Monday when they have new stock. I have been following up to no avail.

I call again today to follow up, the gentleman asks me what must he do if the is no stock?

I ask to be put through cancellations, suddenly the closure amount is up by 3k from Friday and I'm advised that the closure amount I got at the branch and on Friday was incorrect (how convenient?) I just want to close the damn contracts and forget about the upgrade.
