Nonsense service

I Bought the MTN R269 home router deal online on the 11th of September, received it the 16th of September. But can someone tell me why that thing hasn't worked a day in it's life? No! I've been on the line with their consultants almost every day since i received it but i keep being transferred from one person to the other. Their service is truly pathetic. Then they have the nerve to ask me to pay R1391 that i don't know what for because it's a R269 deal AAAND i already paid a R450 upfront payment.. You can really do soooo much better MTN SA!
