NONSENSE SERVICE

I've been trying to cancel my contract but they always telling me that they have system issues it's been 6 months now. Today I went to Mtn branch and they told me that I owe 695 because I haven't cancelled. I'm Listed on adverse because of that.

I did pay the amount and I asked a consultant which another number I can use to contact them she said "I have to have an mtn sim " which is something I lost long time.

i went an extra mile and googled number that I can use to contact MTN with different network and I call even today they are telling me about system then hung up..
