Nonsense service

I'm a very long standing mtn contract customer. On the 10th of July 2023, I app**** for an upgrade which was approved on the 19th of July and was only waiting for delivery. But every time I called them to check what is the delay on the delivery, I get different stories and taken from 1 end to another with no help or solution. My contact number is *** and my ID number is ***. I know that nobody will get back to me or even bother to contact me to try to resolve my issue, since the service provider is **** nonsense. And they are very quick to take my money, but never available to resolve my issue.
