NONSENSE OF A SERVICE PROVIDER

I am so defeated with this network. I woke up this morning and my line was suspended, because they cannot locate my payment. I have sent proof of payments to : Sisipho Makamba, Monde Thusi, Tshego Ndlovu and Nondumiso Mahlasela of which they have ALL failed to assist me. I am told I need to send through it through as a PDF document, which I did and still am not assisted. How do I work with no network? MTN is rather proving to be the worst service provider every second of the day. Why is your issues mine? Why is your network and billing issues being made mine?
