Nonsense network

Good day i have tried to contact your customer care center and all your agents drop the call. I took n MTN data sim through your company and it does not work. I have contacted MTN and they advised you loaded the incorrect address and therefore they cannot do anything and referred me to you. I have had this sim for 23 days, my debit went off but no wifi, this is honestly not fair. On the delivery note i noticed this weird address but just pushed it aside, where did the consultant get this address.
