Nonsense Mtn and DSV

I upgraded my contract with mtn on the 19th of April over the phone and I was assisted by a guy called Siphosethu. I told the guy I don't have my mtn number and needed to a Sim swop. They told me 1st that I will receive the phone 2 to 3 day time and there was nothing and I called again at the call centre I was told I will receive the phone 5 to 7 days. Those days have passed because it's almost a month now. When I call mtn I'm referred to dsv the courier company but when I contact dsv they speak about they are communicating on the mtn number I don't have. And they refer me to mtn it's a back and forth. I went to the mtn store to do a Sim swop the Sim swop was unsuccessful because of an open order the store is blocked and cannot do the Sim swop. Now I'm stuck and digusted with the service I am receiving at mtn and dsv because dsv cannot even change my contacts for communication do I can receive my device. So there no one with a brain to update details for me to receive my device
