Nonsense Listing on ITC

On the 25th of January,ni have app**** for the month to month contract of 399 of Home router wifi and was requested to pay R489 which I was told its a my full month subscription, money was paid and router delivered next day, On the 4th of Feb another R377 was debuted by MTN from my account which I didn't understand what was for, not the services has been stopped and I'm required to pay R440, however if I decided to pay it I have been advised that the services with be opened it will de activated on the 1st .. already I have pair to amounts in one month hut still required to pay again.. Now I need to work and can't as I need to pay and have services running on the first

2 I have checked my ITC which is now spoiled because MTN has listed 864 which I don't know what is it for, I'm worried as my scoring has dropped down because of the enquiry that I don't know from MTN and also affected my affordability as well
