Nonsense
My contract expired on the 1st of June 2015. Contract was cancelled & requested MTN to migrate my number to Prepaid. call was logged on the 1st of June 2015 & I was told it will take maximum of 48 hours. ref number for my call was provided which I cant even use as the call centre 808 kept on ringing.

Today is the 8th & nothing has been done. No network on my phone number ***

Do I need to change to the network to Vodacom or Cell C for simple issues that can be resolved in a minute since you are the most useless service provider.

You should be ashamed of your slogan: Everywhere you go because it does not represent you guys
