Nonexistant service from MTN

<p>HOW DO YOU CANCEL AN ACCOUNT WITH MTN ?</p> <p>In January 2016 I requested MTN to cancell two numbers. I filled in all the necessary forms. When I followed up at the end of Febryary nobody knew anything about the request.</p> <p>On 8 March I again filled in all the necessary forms to cancel the numbers. By end of June i still received accounts for the numbers. </p> <p>On 7 July I AGAIN had to fill in all the forms to cancel the numbers as still nobody could find any record of my requests.</p> <p>BY DECEMBER 2016 I was still paying for the numbers. </p> <p>This after many trips to MTN and many calls to the MTN service centre in Hemmingways whereafter I was promissed someone will call me to give me feedback on the matter. NOBODY HAS EVER CALLED ME BACK!</p> <p>It is now Mid January 2017 and I still have not managed to cancel the accounts???</p>
