None Existent Service

As always, nothing gets done when contacting the MTN call centre. I have contacted MTN on 3 seperate occasions with nothing but promises that I would be contacted back and of course, as expected and as always we find ourselves here.

I'm naming and shaming: REQ*** Millicent REQ*** Mpho Mosito

Both Mpho & Millicent don't do their jobs. They don't follow up with open enquiries or follow up on their promises to contact the clients back.

I would really like this issue to be sorted out instead of going around in constant circles. Please.
