NON STOP ads, Cant Opt Out

Under the CPA its regulated that you have the right not to receieve unsolicited marketing. <br> Even after numerous OPT OUTs through the correct channels, and confirmations that I have been opted out, I cannot load a single piece of data or additional Airtime without being bombed by advertising. Two to three ads for every one sms to confirm the updated data/airtime. <br> My information, according to the legislation set out in the CPA is not to be used for anything but the intended purpose. I do not load data so I can get mobbed by 4 sms's instead of 1 which i require to confirm my transaction. <br> The purpose of the ads is specifically promotional in nature, attempting to further sell me product offers over and above the one I planned to buy. And the OPT-OUT simply does NOT prevent more and more advertising
