NON Service from MTN

I have logged this. now 2 weeks later and nothing from mtn.
I want my contracts cancelled and changed to pay as you go as mtn has been unhelpfull in all aspects of the complaint.
I dont have to get the contract first before having to resolve an issue. i have been you loyal customer for over 13 years and this is how you help your customers with queries.
********** at MTN asked for my detail but nothing happended from there.
so i'm finished with MTN.
