NON SERVICE DELIVERY - UPGRADE DUE NO STOCK FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS

I have been a happy customer of MTN for the past 3 years and have 3 contracts. My one contract is up for renewal now and I have been waiting since the 1st September 2017 as I want to upgrade to the Samsung 7" Tab A but nowhere in Durban has stock. I have been calling the store every week twice a week. But no one can give me answers as to why they have no stock, the service I have received has been absolutely disgusting. I was told last week that management was meeting in JHB for a meeting regarding the stock problem, I called on Friday past and was told they have not had any feedback from Management. So I thought I would maybe get a call on Monday with feedback. By yesterday I was totally annoyed and called. I was told that the Manager has not given any feedback and they cannot discuss the stock problem or tell me why they have no stock and when I asked for a managers number I was told they are not allowed to give it to me. I am at a total loss for words, everyday I hear the MTN advert on the radio and on tv but I think they are doing a lot of false advertising about a service they cannot provide to their clients. I am most disappointed that I have not been kept in the loop about what is happening but yet I keep getting calls from the call centre telling me I am due for an upgrade. If you take a look at the MTN stores they are all empty because they have no stock, so what exactly is going on here. If you cannot provide your clients with a service you need to allow them to cancel their contracts and go where they can get the service and devices they need. I am really fed up and so disappointed. All clients want is for you to be straight with them and not leave them just hanging on. I cannot tell you how many times I have been told I'm sorry we don't have stock we don't know when we will have stock and we don't know whats happening with stock. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
