Yesterday morning I was in your shop to PORT my vodacom number to MTN.<br> It would appear everything has been done BUT when I try and use my new MTN line I get a message saying that the SIM card ha not been rica'd.<br> All the relevant documentation was given to clerk who helped me.<br> Please sort this out immediately.<br> The MTN sim card that was given to me is <br> ***<br>

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service experienced.
We've perused yoru profile and see that the RICA registration was done on the 3rd of October 2015, however the activation only happened on the 4th of October 2015.
The RICA registration is a network generated transaction and has a pending turn around time of 2-24 hours. The SIM card is fully active and was issued with the R60.00 on-net airtime & 100MB data bundle incentive.
Once again we do apologize for any inconvenience caused.
