Non Return Handset ( Cooperate Account)

Non Return Handset ( Cooperate Account) In May 2015 I return a handset on a 6th month of the 24 months of the cooperate contract for repairs and was not returned. I then contacted the MTN Repair Center on the 19 February 2016 as I was not getting any assistance from the Store where the handset was return to by the Cooperate Administrator . Then was informed that the handset was returned on the 03 June 2015 and received by the store on the 04 June 2015 but till today the store has not found the handset at the store and not receive any replacement.
