NON RESPONSIVE ON REFUND

I have been trying to cancel an MTN contract since March 2016. I was told to give 30 days notice... which i did. I gave notice to cancel on the 17th February to cancel for the end of March. MTN had no problem in billing me for April, May and June and have yet to respond to my numerous emails requesting a refund. It seems that to deal with any company regarding communication is a problem. I have my whole family on MTN but can promise that as soon as these contracts finish... no more MTN.

Thank you for your post

Best regards,
Thank you for your response.
To be honest, if you reqeusted the refund on the 26th May and I should allow approximately 5 working days.... well sorry but someone can't tell time or can't add.. Today is the 6th September.... over 90 days I have had to wait for the refund....
There was no late cancellation on my part... the late cancellation was on the part of MTN... as you took you forever to cancel this contract. I kept to my end of the deal giving you 30 days notice to cancel this contract. I still have the email I sent with the request as well as all reference numbers.
I terminated my contract on the 19TH Feb, REF No. ********** 06 - means this contract should have been cancelled at the end of March. I then get an email stating that
"Please be advised that cell phone numbers ********** 798 has been migrated to MTN Prepaid. Please allow 2 to 24 hours for activation." I did not request for it to be migrated... I requested for it to be cancelled.
On the 31st March an amount of R 818.83 was deducted.
On the 29th April an amount of R 732.98 was also deducted
Then on 5 May I get another email stating
Please be advised request for refund has been logged reference number:- ********** 13,time frame is 3-7 working day please call customer care on ********** free from MTN number.
Again another 3 - 7 working days
Then on 9 May, I get another email
I have checked the account thus far no credit passed ,please call ********** free from MTN tomorrow to get confirmation.
Best regards,

So please... you tell me.... You guys messed this up and have sincerely made me a very unsatissfied customer with regards to being an MTN customer.....
This is your fault and any delay in cancelling this contract is on your side. I expect to be full refund from my requesst on the 19th February.
You need to recalculate this refund as I am positive that your amount is incorrect.
Please sort this out immediately.... I have now really had enough dealing with you.
It's amazing how something is only done once your reputation as a service provider is slandered.
Thank you for your response.
