NON RESPONSIVE

My daughter and I have been involved in an armed ******* on 28/08/2015. Her cell phone was ******. She phone from my phone on 28/08/2015 to block the phone. She attended the Westgate branch to give all necessary info on 31/08/2015 and requested an ITC number, quotation to have the phone replaced, a closing statement. We require this to enable us to register a claim with our insurer. To date, no response to telephonic enquiries, nor e-mail sent, except for an e-mail on 11/09/2015 from Naledi Monyane requesting us to furnishg them with details they were furnished with on 31/08/2015. In the meantime our time to register a claim with our insurer is running out!
