<p>In July I received a statement on Acc C ********** Inv E ********** 70 with a febit of R 1481.78 for Data switch call which I disputed Told them not accepting this debit Elizabeth Lei rep**** my line is a open line Told them my data available where never below 5 GB Debit not on my phone but on my laptop acc where I received 2 GB which I hardly used They did not put the debit through my account and in July rep**** Data validation will check Never heard from them On receipt of my Aug statement I noticed debit still on my account Send 2 mails Told them they will not debit my account Again rcvd mail Data validation will check Still no response and now debit on bank account R 2212.00 which I do not accept which will be returned</p>

Thank you for the payment. The R2212.66 was for the invoices that closed on 16/07/2016. The data usage was high on ********** 76 that is why on that number alone your were billed R1813.66. I have made a request to the billing team to send you the URL report so you can see the sites visited.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
