non resolution of debitorder *****

there has been a ***** case on my account that has taken 4 months to resolve when that was done there appeared an amount of almost R40000 on my statement. When I phoned they said it was because of the early termination fees payable because of the ***** contracts that was stopped but that it was not my bill to pay and it would by fixed. After several calls during the last two months every body promised it would be sorted out, this morning again I spoke to Lebogang at ***** department and she promised my it is sorted out and the debietorder wil not go off, just to get a sms from the bank that the debietorder is of again. so can someone at mtn please explain what is so difficult for every one I have spoken to to do there job and do what they promised me. all your calls is recorded so go back and see how much I am struggeling with you. and dont sent me a email to say sorry for the inconvience if you are not going to do something about it. and change the hello this is the booza network how can we help you to something like this is the useless network how can we listen and do nothing.
