*****, non repayment of monies owes to the client

I had a month to month contract with mtn. I cancelled the contract at the end of May 2024 and returned the modem to the store. My account was still debited for 3 months which is June, July, August. They have failed to refund my money to date despitey many queries via email and phone calls.
