Non Receipt of Invoices and Statements

I am so tierd if trying to get MTN send me my Invoices and Statement by email - I just do not know what to do anymore. I used to get these on a monthly basis and now I get nothing. So every monthy I have to send and email and tell them to send them. On Saturday I sent an email - to my surprise they responded to it. Today I get an SMS saying it has been rectified. I still have no Invoice and Statements. Come on MTN - get this sorted please.
