Non fulfilment of order and no communication

I ordered a device and was contacted for a contract after trying to reach customer service and getting no response I have decided to come rate them here. Their service is unbelievably slow and they don’t contact customers when they’re supposed to. Instead I keep getting calls to sign up for new products
