Non existing Legal department @ MTN

I would like to share my frustrations with MTN such a big company but failing to fix one small thing. Three months ago they made a mistake with their information to Trans Union reflecting that my husband owes R103000 on his cell phone contract, we thought that someone did ***** with my husband's details so we immediately disputed that information. We also called MTN and the assumed that mistake. Since then MTN contract longer showed on my husband's credit report and we have been requesting that they put it back for the last 3 months going into 4 months now. They always tell us that their legal department will call us, but seems like that legal department doesn't exist, we are always given references when we call but no one attends to this matter. Now we can't even apply for a car because this relationship between my husband and MTN doesn't exist on the credit report. I'm so so so frustrated
