Non existing customer service
The level of customer service on the facebook page has been poor and non existing for days now. They dont respond to ones messages or inboxes. Its like they choose random messages to reply to. For such a big company they are treating their customers poorly with regard to customer service. I can understand why so any customers are moving over to service providers

28 May 2020, 00:51There was a lot of things that I needed assistance with as well as someone who inboxed me claiming they are an employee of mtn which I wanted to know if it was true and i stated my reasons as well. Mtn should just do the effort and go read my inboxes, all of them and maybe make the effort to reply to them. If you can provide me with an email address i will send you all the screen shots send to their inbox that i needed assistance on.

28 May 2020, 08:02A lady claiming to work for mtn inboxed me on facebook after I complained about mtn not responding to messages. She wanted my id number and a short brief of the problem. I did not give it to her and asked what I wanted to know. Her answers did not make much sense as I also do my homework before the time about a handset. Her profile is now unaccessible and I inboxed mtn with everything to ask if this was indeed a employee of theirs
The biggest issue I had is that I am not getting any real answers to the following. Ive emailed retentions as well after being told to do so but after two emails to them no response either up to date. My query was related to the Huawei P40 range. On the mtn website you can now pre order the P40 and P40 pro. It does not give any prices so one does not know what youbwill end up paying per month. Now you pre order it and gets slapped with an installment you cannot afford
I am more interested in the cheaper handset which is the P40 lite. But that one we cannot ore order and no one can tell me when that will be available in stores or to order. I would have thought that this handset would be available first before the others as this is a much mpre cheaper handset.
Now one is seeing all sorts of ads about the P40 lite on the mtn business facebook page saying you can pre order the P40 lite but when you open it it still only allowes to order the P40 and P40 pro. Ive screenshot that too and one is wondering if this a legit mtm facebook page
