Non-Existing Customer Service and Customer Care
I contacted Customer Care two weeks ago regarding my Upgrade. To date I received two e-mails and one call that the MTN representative disconnected the call when I asked her to hold the line while tanking another call. It wasn't even 10 second. I'm still waiting for MTN to answer my questions. My reference number from Customer Services via e-mail as they do not answer the phones if you call. # ********** 6 , # ********** 7 , # ********** 1, # ********** 7 Regards. GP.

As per the notes on the account for the 23- 9-2017
Please note that we tried contacting the client to no avail on both numbers available.
Please note that I have sent an sms to client to contact us with regards to his upgrade .
....
Please mail me the CDR logs that shows that I have been called. Call times, Ring time , Release direction, Response Code , Completion, Answer, and or Failure etc.
I have 3 questions.
Why did you not send me a e-mail with contact details. All this information is on my account.
Why didn't you leave a message on both phone's .
What is odd is that the date on the response is 23- 9-2017 when MTN allegedly called me on both phones, BUT the post was done on "Hello Peter's Page" a day earlier ( 22 Sep 2017, 21:07 ) .
PLEASE EXPLAIM this Phenomenon ????
