Non existing customer service

I have no issue with mtn coverage but the customer service is terrible After logging an issue on 135 and getting a reference number the next day I got an sms saying your ticket has been closed without even resolving the issue. After then sending and email because in store I was told call 135.. I explained exactly what I needed and again Ive been told to call 135 or another number that does not work. I have no idea how a small request cant be sorted out, I even asked for someone to call buy no nothing.. Basically looks like either the customer service cant do their job or just dont want to..very dissapointed and my contract will be ending in a few months and at this rate i will likely not renew it!!
