Non existing and Unauthorized Service

On June 10th I app**** for a Huawei Mate book 14 (36 month) contract at the Robertson branch. Enri was the only person working that day. He was busy with a personal call while I waited. I decided to not be rude. He then elaborated on a client that reported him for bad service. He said he started with the application and will finish it before he goes home. He also promised I will receive a phone call from him regarding the outcome of my application in 2 days max. I never received a call. In addition I had a couple of debit orders returned while I was unemployed Jan to end April. Never though did I skip a month's payment, I always went and paid at the store - where Enri helped me twice - the other payments made by eft. Enri then changed my debit order date to the 15th without my instruction. This I realized 15 May and 15 June when debit orders were once again returned (now I have to publicly shame myself because of POOR SERVICE) but also above all I'm afraid that my application for the laptop will be declined because of Enri's unauthorized changes to my payment profile.

I went into Robertson branch just after 10am this morning, the lady didn't wear a name tag, I asked her name but she never gave it. I inquired about my laptop application of last week. She said all Enri did was start the application and ordered stock...so no approval and application not even finished and submitted. I asked her to finish the application as it'd pointless to have stock if I don't know whether my application was approved or declined. She said they can't work on each other's applications NOT GOOD ENOUGH. I'm not a nasty person but I said to her, if Enri dies in his sleep tonight, whose going to do my application. She didn't answer. I have been a MTN client for more than 10 years. I'm sorry this is *** service.

I phoned 135 to ask that my debit order date be changed back to the 1st, Mpho was a great help but the call was cut so I still don't know if it was changed... No call back from them.

Regarding my application, Can someone, anyone just please do the job they are paid for and contact me with the result. If this is too much to ask and my request has not been resolved in 3 working day, I will take my business elsewhere. This is not a threat, it's facts.
