Non existent service as usual

On friday i took out a contract at mtn in Canal Walk, Wayne assisted me. He also needed to port my number from vodacom to mtn but said he couldnt do so because my number is still on mtns billing system... And i ported from mtn about 8 years ago why the hell is my number still on their billing system. So he was suppose to have the number removed on friday, then because i heard nothing back from him i went to the store saturday only for him to tell me that he hasnt received a response but he will email me but it should be done by monday. So yesterday i go into mtn again because as usual he still doesnt contact me to tell me whats going on only to find out his off but hasnt put the port through. So another guy helped me and said he would put the port through once the system is up... And yet again a day later i am still sitting with a phone that i cant use BECAUSE MY DAMN NUMBER HASNT BEEN PORTED. Tried to call the store but only get through to Sheryl at the regional office who puts you through but nobody ever answers. I asked her to get a manager to call me 2 hours ago and im still waiting. IF I DO NOT GET A CALL FROM A MANAGER OF THIS STORE i will be returning this phone and cancelling this contract because of the PATHETIC service. Then to top it off you sit in the store for 20minutes and there is a staff member who sits on her damn phone the whole day but when a client asks her to check on his contract she says she doesnt have access... GET THE BLADY ACCESS SO YOU CAN HELP THE CUSTOMER THATS WHAT YOU GET PAID TO DO
