NON EXISTENT SERVICE

I have now tried via 11 branch visits, over 26 phone calls made, and 5 (!) microsim replacements to get a dual SIM installed on my Ipad. No one in MTN can assist and I have had a different reason given every time I visit a branch. The call centre is a joke and I have twice waited over two hours just to get someone to pick up the phone. Often it just gets terminated with no response. How can they be allowed to have a service provider licence if they cannot fulfil the basics of a service provider?

In addition, I took over three weeks and 7 branch visits to try get an ITC number for a ****** phone (essential if you want to submit an insurance claim) and finally gave up when I managed to get a response on the one occasion the call centre answered the phone. It does make one suspect this is done on purpose so they get the airtime usage from ****** phones!!

They should be fined for lack of service as cellphones are now an essential service and they cannot even provide that service. The productivity impact to an Executive like myself is profoundly negative.
