Non existent service

I wentinto the White River outlet requesting that I wanted to give one months notice to cancell the data only contract I had. Before I walked out of the shop I received notice that my contract had been caneclled with Imediate effect and the data that had been loaded two days earlier had been canclled. Now they canclled the contract nut kept my stop order active. Both the White River and the Nelspruit shops tell me as my contract has been canclled the cannot assist me in ensuring that the debit order is stopped. Very poor service from MTN, I feel sorry for new clients who will eventually suffer the poor , non existence service, and all those like myself who canot get service.
