Non existent service
Trying to get info from your Legal Action department is almost impossible. My Father passed away and we are trying to get his nr and contract cancelled and the final figure sent that we can give to the executor. With that I want to keep my moms phone nr active and not getting all the info that her account will just be the one she pays and not both. All dox and death certificates has been sent as requested. as it seems the store I went to also messed up as when I followed up I was told to send it to *** ref ***. I asked if I must pay R450 just into the mtn account to keep hers active as I cant have her line cut off because you guys cant give me an straight answer. Been put from person to person spending endless time on the phone. Please get someone to contact me that we can get this sorted without being given the runaround. ***
Through how many hoops must one still jump?
We want to pay for the monthly contract fees and have moved everything and filled in transfer papers etc and was approved. You have the correct banking details but you still doing your own thing.
IS there anyone that I can speak to that can sort this?
This is the most useless service I've ever received. Or must this be taken to the ombudsman to resolve as it seems you need a bit more motivation to do your jobs. Up to now now one has contacted me nor rep**** after my complaint.
