Non existent service

Their service is none to existing, you call the customer service when eventually going through them they LL send you from pilla to post, as the customer you don't have anywhere to escalate your complain to the right manager it ends with the consultant. My complain it's about the data that just disappear with in 5 minutes of loading it .. There's no app that is roaming on the back ground non what's so ever but for the whole week I uploaded data it just disappear, I'm talking about 3GB at a time .. I work from home but this is stressing .. they lost another consumer as I had noticed they had not responded on the complains in this page , so I'm not expecting any response from them.
