Non existent service

Got charmed into purchasing a SIM card with 30GB per month. Very fast delivery only with very stringent security measures. You want my finger prints but then your equipment won’t work and the driver must leave with my package. 3 days later and I have not heard a word about what’s happening. Customer care line does not work and no replies to emails - really pathetic service for a communications company. I’ll have to cancel this contract before it even began, and no debits better go off my account.
