Non existent MTN customer service

I am unable to their customer service either by phone or by using their email address which is rejected as being incorrect. I don't have a so-called Momo o'clock but they are taking R2 off every month. I don't know how to stop them doing this it's a ****! MTN seems to be un-contactable. NO stars for this !
