Non existent data service from MTN.

I have a data contract with MTN with a supp**** router. I count myself fortunate if the speed exceeds 2Mbs. Most parts of the day our Wi-Fi is nonexistent. Calls to MTN coverage does not help at all. Messages to MTN za ? Yes they ESCALATE your complaint to someone up there! No joy whatsoever. We are two senior citizens who depend on WhatsApp to keep in touch with family and neighbours in case we need help. We are paying for a non existent service while MTN is laughing all the way to the bank…ll
