Non existent customer service

Atrocious customer care, no feedback or communication, horrible to deal with. App**** for a renewal of contract on 4th of December, to date we have had no communication from MTN, unless I initiate. They say they await feedback, feedback from whom? I'm in sales, if I had to render service like this to.my customers, I would be without a job.
