Non existent customer service
Query Complaint [#***] For f sakes i opened up a fing query almost a week ago and no fing body is assisting me.
No body has called me or advised me what ***** is being done with my name. I cant get anything done on the login on the app or when i call. Or via email or whatsapp or on fb.
pathetic service is not even the words to describe this company. Been a loyal customer for years never missed one payment even.

14 Jul 2020, 15:32I asked to be contacted as i received an sms saying that an application wqs declined. Wheni never app**** for anything. I asked to be contacted a week ago amd have not receiveda call. Even you are not calling me.
I also requested the sim card for number *** to be blocked and no one has assisted me still.
