Non existent customer service at Mtn

I have taken up a contract with Mtn on the 27th of November. During my call with the sales consultant which was recorded she advised there is no need to hand over my I.d//proof of address to the courier to take away and that i would just have to show it to them. Received a call a few days later from courier company advising of delivery and i would need to give a copy of these docs to them. Have called Mtn numerous times and their service is pathetic. Requested a call back from manger of duty Prenelle Naidoo and more than 24 hours later it seems she is still in a meeting. I am willing to email these docs to them however feel very unsafe handing these docs to a stranger. Please can mtn call me or listen to the sales recording. Its quite frustrating having to explain the situation to a new person each time you call. My email address is ***
