Non-existent customer service.

It seems as if the MTN Retentions / Cancellation is non-existent, one get transferred and holds for hours while listening to annoying music hoping for the operator to answer. All I need help with is to know the settlement amount on my current contract, I mean is that too much to ask for???? It boggles my mind how I have tolerated MTN's service for so many years, I do not remember ever having a pleasant experience with MTN, non-caring attitude towards its customers..
