Non Existent Customer Service

Thru online upgrade, MTN 3rd party activated a 2nd line instead of upgrade. MTN is quick to take your money, but they say they can't sort it out...most pathetic thing I've heard. My contract is at MTN, not the 3rd party...this has been going on 3 weeks..I guess this will take a year to sort out. Never do business with MTN..I am cancelling everything.
