NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Upgraded January 2021 via call centre and to date my upgrade is still pending, time to cut the umbilical cord, worst customer service I've received and with them for over 10 years but I guess in today's climate retention of business is no longer a requirement.
