Non-Existent Billing Department

I can't believe I have been with this company for as long as I have been. I ran into a bit of a tight spot when had to organize a personal event. Since then it has been hell. I have been handed over to the attorneys even though my account was paid up. They unsuspend my account but for some weird reason it was still with the legal department When I called to get the info from the 'legal department' there is no direct line but they apparently forward my query and I never hear from them again. Three times I had to go through this pain.

Not only has MTN's incompetence cost me an opportunity of owning my own home but they have several bashed my payment record and a led to the declining of a vehicle finance I was certain I would secure.

It's sad how horrible you treat your customers. Really it is. I can't wait to get my contract completed so we can part ways it's long overdue.

You probably don't give a give **** too if you lose one customer. Trust I am trying to keep myself very composed while I am writing this
