Non-Existant Service

If I could give 0, I would. Shocking, disgusting, despicable!!! This is the only thing that I have to say about the service received from this company. I have been trying to change my details with you since January. And today I had one of your champions arguing with me over the phone, and then when I asked to speak to her supervisor, she hung up on me! Needless to say, my details are still incorrect and I will be cancelling my contract with you people.
