Non existant MTN customer service.
I have been struggling for 3 days with internet/data access on both my mobile phone and Wifi modem in the Fourways/Dainfern area. The only thing the MTN Call Centre keeps doing is check my data balance. Please sort out your service as I can check my own data balance, that is if I can access the network which is currently non existant!!!

28 Aug 2020, 13:45Eventually got hold of the network department ***) which seems to know what they talking about. Rather call them direct for network related issues as customer care did not help at all.
