Non existant feedback on email and no awnser on customer care
Is it impossible to get early cancelation of contract?
Yoir retention dept say they tipically answer inn24 hours. Well its been since the 3rd September I send a mail to get an early cancelation quote. To call your customer service if you could call it that is absolute waist of time.... 3 September: Please supply me with a quote for immediate cancelation ofmy current MTN contract.
